Dr. Cameron develops a serum that turns a man into a werewolf. He wants to use it to get revenge against those who hurt his career. So he gives it to Petro, his gardener. Werewolf Petro kills them off one by one, raising the suspicions of his daughter, Lenora and reporter Tom Gregory.
